Dear sir,
I am in abroad & I used my airtel mobile in international roaming for more than one & half years but on[protected], my no.has been deactivated without any prior alert SMS.
I sent email to airtel customer care([protected]@airtel.com) & i got reply. When I read his reply. I was surprised that he wrote to contact AIRTEL STORE for reactivating the mobile no. Sir, How can I visit AIRTEL STORE while I am in SAUDI ARABIA.
I accept my fault that I have no balance in my no. but Airtel should have given at least one ALERT MESSAGE before deactivation of my mobile no because I was not aware about Airtel's rules.
Regards,
Amir Hussain
