[Resolved]  Airtel — My mobile number was added for unknown mobile number activation

I have got 3msg from Az-air cm on 20 August 2016 and on 18 August 2016 about activation of some new airtel connection which is unknown to me. They have feed my mob no for verification and other details. I have contacted airtel customer care twice to remove my mob no from this information or provide me atleast name of person holding this connection..but both the times they couldn't help me. First time on 18 August.they said this number will not be activated...but after getting confirmation msg about activation of this new connection again on my personal mobile no. I contacted customer care number, but again they refused to remove my mob no from this mobile no database, though I clearly inform them thrice that this no does not belong to me..so remove my mob no from your database, , but they denied. There executive ask me to visit their gallery...
I am unable to understand why airtel customer executive cAnnot remove my mobile no as I am calling from my mob no and clearly saying this unknown number does not belong to me..
