[Resolved] Airtel — name spelling

I have airtel postpaid number [protected] which i had been using for last 7 years. My name mentioned on bill is narender singh instead of narinder singh. I submitted photostat copies of documents showing my name on them at time of getting connection. If they enter wrong data then its not my fault.

I also uploaded the required proof ie copy of aadhar card as required by customer care executive and got a response message telling that updation has been done. But when i checked details it still shows older details and is not rectified

Please get it rectified.

After repeated reminders and multiple interactions with airtel cc the rectification was done

Updated by drnarinder Inspite of positive responses from airtel team problem still remains unresolved. On airtel selfcare portal name is still misspelled

I think it is not that tough for company like airtel to resolve such minor issues

Please rectify it
