[Resolved]  Airtel — Network issue for mobile no +91-[protected]

I have been facing network issue from last 1 month at my airtel no +91-[protected]. I have made lot of complaints but no firm action has been taken by Airtel rather they are lingering the responses and harassing me.

Issue was escalated to [protected]@in.airtel.com & appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com under the compliant reference no 68674756.

Request concern to intervene and take appropriate action on priority.

Refer to my above stated complaint, Please note issue has not been resolved as of date. I got call from your service team but they said that they are not sure when this issue shall be resolved as increasing network capacity require lot of approval. I fail to understand that " What customer has to with the internal approval". I have been paying for the service and it is whole responsibility of service provider to provide the continuous service for which i am entitled for.

Also would like to apprise you that apart from my no i.e. +[protected], my family member, having mobile no as +[protected] and +[protected], also got their no ported to Airtel and we all are facing the same network problem. Also note that our no got ported in Sept-oct15 and there was no such problem but from last 1.5 month we have been facing this network and call drop problem.

Further you check the authenticity of the above by checking the call log of each no showing redialing of same number many a time within a minute and also by checking the no of missed call alerts.

Since you would agree that mobile has became an necessity of all individual so this network issue is affecting my personal as well as professional life.

Once again would urge you take appropriate action rather than making false commitment and harassing the customer.
