Airtel — network/ new broadband connection

Sir,

This is my humble request you to provide better network or else u wind up the so called services you provided. Because i request many times for broad band connection at my home and i have the request orders as well but from your side there is no such action has been taken so far. And the issue is still remains. And i have complaint regarding network issue at my home or my work place but again there is no solution... What should i do to resolve the issue... Should port the number or buy a new one from different operator.
