Worse experience with airtel 2nd time.
They did same thing again after 8-10 months.
Today a executive called me after applying a broadband connection 7 days before and said connection can't be possible at my location. This is my second time in a year. Both the time when i applied for a broadband connection they first checked and said connection is available at my location. After payment and documentation they said connection is not available at my location.
They are showing that company has a open network and don't hide anything from customers but reality is just opposite of it. They are just making their customers fool and grabbing their money. If company don't have service available in the location then why don't they inform before applying new connection. Every time they first take payment from customer then said service is not available. What rubbish??
Same thing they did 8-10 month before. And i had to followed up regularly for more than a month to get my money back.

Please provide me a new connection soon. Its already very delayed and 8 days have been passed.
