I applied new request for airtel broadband connection.And submitted all relevant docs and payment to airtel on 8 apr 2016 and was told techincal team will contact me for installation.
But after no response from airtel till 14 apr when i inquired them they told me there is network faulty(Pilalr faulty) and connection cant be provided.
And i will be refunded in 21 days after submitting my bank statement.
Now similar cases happened with my friends, where they were given reasons as no feasibility/number o[censored]sers exceeded.Why this is not informed before making payment and submitting documents?
How many consumers are cheated like this?
Is airtel doing some fraud scheme, where payment is accepted in name of new connection, and after some lame excuses connection is denied.And refund is made in 21 days, after chaisng them multiple time.
