Dear Sir, ,
I applied for Landline connection along with BB facility through your Bharti Airtel authorised DSA ACCESS TECHNOLOGIES mobile no -[protected] on 29/11/2014 and also deposited Rs6495/ towards six month rent.
But i am constrained to point out that even after 18 days, i have not been advised by any responsible officer and neither connection has been provided.
Can any body from Airtel, tell me the reason for such a long delay ?
I therefore once again request to provide connection immediately.
Immediate reply from responsible officer is solicited.

2.Is there any right to collect funds before providing services ?
3.How can he collect funds from me for giving the services without network availability ?
