[Resolved] Airtel — No activation of postpaid sim | |||||
Dear Sir, I Syed Akbar consumer of Airtel network since one year. Last week I have taken a add-on postpaid connection on Oct 28th in Airtel . I have submitted all my documents and clearly requested them to activate the connection as early as possible as I need it for my home. I am travelling far away from myhome to office everyday and I need to have interaction with my family members. But till now the sim not been activated. I have been following with Airtel customer care everyday but they are giving false commitments stating that they will activate within 24 hours. And today they told I need to go the Airtel outlet and tell them to submit my documents which is not possible for me as I have to leave my home by 7am everyday.
