Airtel — no airtel xstream services is activated by airtel even after 12 days of payment

No airtel sxtream services is activated or no live channel activated by airtel even after 12 days of payment which are supposed to be activated immediately after payment.

Writing this after completely fed up with continuous following up but no response.
Your local representatives are making us fool every time. And now not lifting the calls
I have taken plan of rs 999 for airtel xstream fibre for internet and live channels
No response by local representatives
Pl resolve the issue on immediate basis, can you pl call me once for further elaboration, my family is suffering because of non response & casual approach of your team
