I have an existing d2h connection, which has now not working since 3 weeks for now.
Due to heavy wind the connection is no there since 15.4.2019.
Have raised complaints almost every other day, and now i have a dozen of complaint numbers.
The call center support team is a real mess. They are just playing around with their time, and having used airtel connection for a decade now, i feel the d2h support team is a real waste of time. They neither help nor provode any resolution.
On one such instance i was asked to take my connection (D2h is for tv services) to the nearest airtel showroom... After listening to this response from them, i am now really shocked if they understand what queries they are dealing with.
I have mailed to the nodal desk also on 25.4.19 after getting no response from the customer support, but they also seem to be of no help. I get called up daily only to check if my issue is resolved or not. They only respond that the engineer shall visit my place today. The today has not arrived since 3 weeks for now. And the so called engineer, doesn't even know to speak english, and on an instance when i got his number when the call centre team raised a ticket, he says he cannot come down in such hot weather...
Now we customers have to wait for the mercy of such engineers...
I do not have the connection, but the rental is promptly getting deducted. So is there any concerned team from the airtel side, who looks into the core issues the customer actually faces. Was this information helpful? |
