I am using airtel mobile for last 10 years and in my new office, i don't have airtel network (Egl campus, bangalore) and not able to receive any calls in my office at all. Now i have bought new bsnl number and wanted to forward my airtel calls to bsnl. I have registered for call forwarding option by calling *21* (Number)# and message says "successfully registered" but call forward doesn't forward to my bsnl number.
This is actually frustrating.
As i am reaching office around 10 am, please don't try to call me after 10 am and sending me a message stating that my mobile is not reachable.
Absolutely it will not be reachable because airtel doesn't work @ my office.
We are facing this network issue for almost 6 months and i am tired following or raising concerns with airtel.
