Airtel — no network post porting

Ported from idea to airtel. Got confirmation porting-in to airtel will happen at 11:50. Idea got disconnected. But airtel is not activated leaving me with no mobile. This is both personal and office number. Being is night shift huge inconvenience. No way to contact customer care from alternative number as well. Fix this asap. Mobile number: [protected].
