Firstly i'm not expecting too much of a support during this corona time but ever since i applied for airtel broadband connection in chennai an year ago. The internet, telephone gets cut for atleast twice a month. Now since the last 2 months it is working only for 15mins after the technician claims that it is resolved. Again it goes down. And the technician arrives after one week. Even in airtel thanks app i'm not able to raise a ticket before one week of its resolution.
No response to emails. Lately the technician started being rude also for no reason. I have collected all the complaints raised so far for this issue. I initially had 2 airtel lines in my house. Because of this issue i already disconnected one. Now this one as well.
In this one year i altogether have details of more than 25 complaints raised in the last 12months.
Very much dissatisfied with bharti who was once hailed for their support.
Writing in the leftover 1% hope of finding a solution. Anyway 2 months of work from home was a mess to all o[censored]s in the house. Thanks to you Was this information helpful? |
