I Have 5 Airtel connections for my family ([protected], 9620133xxx, 89711xxxxx, 88619xxxxx, 900891xxxx)
I have raised and request for low signals and call drops frequently in my house(Munnekollala) in the month of July[protected], 69831676, 70222220,[protected] & 71734083 in September, these requests are only from one number . I have raised the porting for 3 numbers five days back and relationship manager called and said the issue will be resolved within 5 days, but the issue is still not resolved, the bill of 3k is been not paying for one number due to this issue.
Since 3-4 months am paying the bills in spite of the issue is not resolved, i required the money back for the bills which i paid 4 months for all the above numbers, as i have lost many of important calls for more than a year. Also resolve the issue on priority else we are going to port the numbers to other service provider. Was this information helpful? |
