Hello, i am having broadband at home ([protected]). On 27-apr the connection was not working and a complaint was raised. Got rectified for few hours on 30-apr.
On 1-may the connection again not working. Understood from airtel personnel that a pole was uprooted and 72 hrs needed for rectification.
On 3-may a call was logged again since the connection was not working. (Call no.[protected]. Multiple follow up done and even with escalation manager. Surprise to note that the call was closed without rectification. - compliance issue
A new call was again logged on 18-may for the same problem that persist since 27-apr with the old ref no. (Call no.[protected].
Airtel front end and back end team had committed for rectification in 48 hrs but till now the problem is unattended and not rectified.
I would like to go for cancellation of the connection without any further payment.
