[Resolved] Airtel — Non refund of installation charges plus deposit amount for broadband connection not provided after receiving payment

I had paid a sum of rupees 3450/- towards airtel broadband connection on 4th april 2017. Installation was not provided by them citing technical issues. Finally it was said connection could not be provided and that the amount would be refunded through neft. It is now the 30 th of may and still airtel is cheating me of the refund. I have even intimated through their airtel refundonline.com website still no refund. Kindly initiate proceedings to stop companies like this cheating public money through new connection drama.
