Airtel — Not a reasonable support from customer care

i have recharged for 297. The amount has been taken from my account. but i did not receive any charge for that. W can accept it is normal that mistakes can happen either from their side or my side. When i called the customer support number they are not at all providing proper answers. PFB the replies i have got from them-

i have called them for more than 5 times evreytime they would ask me about the issue. i Have asked them to create a ticket and provide me the tkt number so far nothing has been created.

One fellow is asking me why are you calling me again and again. Is it emergeny yes it is emergency.

So far i dint receive a single thing from them. Is this a way you treat the customer. I am not fighting for the money. just a proper response if this process can not be processed tell me frankly why are making the customer running behind you. Kindly do the needful.
