Airtel — not able to add child number into primary number

Dear team,

I am following up with the captioned team from last 34 days regarding solution of my query, but unfortunately they people do not bother to solve the same. It’s just regarding addition of my child number into primary number.

Very casual attitude and feel harassed as i bill of my child number is running very fast due to this non addition of number into my family plan.

Please look into this and arrange for the resolution
