Airtel — not able to to debit money from airtel wallet

I have loaded amount of 450 rupees to my airtel wallet, but not able to debit it, its giving an error while doing transaction "debit for this account is not allowed"',

I[censored] r not allowing me to debit, then why did to allow me to recharge my wallet in the first place?

Resolve this issue as soon as possible, revert my wallet amount to my bank account
