I was using vodafone postpaid service till 20 th April. I got call from Airtel customer care to port the number to airtel postpaid, promising the better tariff plans. Customer support promised me that i will be getting 600min of local/national call, 100 local/national SMS and 1GB of 3g data for rental of 299/- under corporate plan. Upon agreeing, customet representative came to my work location and collected all the documents required for it. I was ported to airtel postpaid on 25th April succesfully. As i checked the plan tariff on 5th May, i was getting charged for the internet. from then till now i have called customer care atleast more than 20 times. I have also written mail for the nodal, customer relation ship managers. But nobody have resolved my complaint till now. Everybody in airtel are enjoying their sweet time, not giving proper answer and by not mentioning the single point of contact for the issue. Sometimes i got the answer from the customer care executive to ask the guy who have given the sim card.
These people just show the exciting offers at the time of porting and they literally ignore, neglect customers once after the porting. I recorded each call with customer care but unfortunately i have lost them with my old mobile.
