[Resolved] Airtel — Not listen my complaint & cut my call by customer care airtel 2 times

Dear Sir; I have a issue with Airtel Customer Care they did not listen my complaint properly and cut my call 2 times, even my complaint not resolve yet.A SMS pack of Rs. 18 has been Activated by Airtel, and when I call them to complaint for this they did not listen my complaint &amp; put me on mute again and again and cut the call 2 times from their side.My problem is not resolve yet and by doing this they are (Airtel) mently torcher me.
