Airtel — Not providing me new demo card and charging unofficially amount

Today airtel dse or salesman has visited in my shop he has taken my document from me for new airtel demo card...

Then he has told me u r new demo card charge will be rs 200...

I told him demo card is free for retailers...Even i had worked in telecom industry as dse, atm...In loop, docomo,

even i told him ...Aishwariya madam earlier she was also tm of south ...And now she has become above zm level ...

Then slesman had contact distributor ...He has connected call me...I had spoken with distributor...Why r u charging rs 200...

Bhai dosoh rupiya lagega bhai...

This word i had get from distributor

even i had raised my complaint to nodal officer and appelate but no response fro them also...Even 121 also

then whom i will appeal my complaint...Plz tell me
