Airtel — not providing network on my mobile no.[protected]

New sim card purchased on 10.10.2019 with mobile no. [protected]. Recharge from rs.248/-. Otp received for activation. Tele verification pin number for activation received... Assurance given that company will update via sms to call 59059 for completing the tele verification when network gets activated on my mobile... Still waiting for sms and network...>???
