This mail is revert by airtel and many more after that. But still they are not refunding the money. Please suggest me what I have to do now for these fake promise.

As per the refernce number 63573846, we have already processed refund amount on date 13-JAN-2016.
Further, I request you to please write back to us with the scan copy of bank statement for the month of JAN'16 to till date to initiate further for the same.

Please tell me what I have to do? Its more than 5 months already gone. Now I think I can not wait more. Please revert my money or just say you don't want to return the money.
