Airtel — not refunding my failed payment money

I tried to change my broadband plan from myairtel app on 12th october and it requested me to pay 1566.26 extra for the plan change. I tried paying it using my hdfc debit card. The amount got deducted but the app said payment got failed, so i ended up trying again and again the app said payment got failed. I contacted airtel customer care and reported the same. They said both the payments went through and its just some app issue. They said they adjusted 1566.26 that i paid initially for the plan change and would refund the additional amount that i paid by retrying. So far they haven't refunded the amount. They closed my ticket two weeks ago saying the payment is been processed but haven't received anything. Now when i contacted them again they say its gonna take another 10 days. I am fed up with the customer support of airtel. They clearly lack knowlege and courtesy. They way they answer make your blood boil. No matter how many times you question why is it taking so long. They just say its gonna take another few days and ita accounts issue and they can't do anything about it. I'm tired of this wild goose chase for my refund. Wish some one could do something about it.
