This complaint is regarding not resolving the query and issue and disconnecting the call, talking rudely.
I have called for a query on 28th april 2018 around 11:50 am for the first time without solving my query the call was disconnected intentionally, when i called second time and asked the second person to raise a complaint and ask the complaint number again my call was disconnected. Telling that complaint cant be raised, when i asked to let me talk to the senior person since they are not resolving my query and they are not ready to launch the compliant my call was disconnected intentionally again. Third time again i called they did not resolved my query. I request you to help me registering complaint against them and please provider me complaint number. Please do not put anybody on the call at least they should have decency to talk to the customer and listen them with patience. Hope airtel will help me here. Was this information helpful? |
