Airtel — not updating aadhar against my airtel number

Hi,

I m using air tel number and have visited air tel store thrice situated at bahu plaza south block, jam mu to update my aadhar as i m receiving calls and sms to get the aadhar updated against my number.

It is very sad about air tel that all my visit has gone into vain as there is guy just sitting near door and i have interacted every time with him and every time he come up with new excuses first time i visited the store he told that device is not working, 2nd time i visited he told that the person who updates aadhar against postpaid number has gone somewhere else kindly wait for 10-15 mts and it is very surpassed to say that guy do not look so professional nor he has such ethics how to talk with the customer as i and other customer was very surprised to see that when he tells us that "saare customer isse store visit kyun kar raahen baaki saare airtel store khali paade haan idhar kyun aa raahen" this is really # who has selected them.

In the end i would request air tel that i m ready to update aadhar against my number but delay is due to air tel store in bahu plaza request to kindly send someone to do so.
