Problem statement:
I am using Airtel Broadband connection and with the monthly rental plan I was eligible for AMAZON Prime free subscription. I activated the amazon prime using airtel tv app but all of a sudden on 27th Dec'18 Airtel stopped the services and sent service cancelation to Amazon.
When contacted Amazon customer care, they mention clealry that Airtel has cancelled this services and also sent a mail to me regarding this.
When I contcted Airtel they were clueless and are not able to solve it depsite numerous reminders phone call and escalation to Nodal office.
