Dear sir,
I am having a postpaid connection i. E. [protected]. I recently changed my bill plan and opted for family plan. And from here my problems have started. As per my bill plan all are free including sms i. E. 100 per day.
But from last four bill i am being charged for sms. I raised this issue on their customer care helpline through theor emails and also to the appelalte authority. After raising the issue to appellate my last three bills were corrected. And i was assured by them the mistake will not be repaeted. But it seems a lie when i received my bill today of bill cycle 26/09 to 25/10. Again i have been overcharged by about 1500. The actual bill amount should have been 1300 odd inspite of 2900.
I dont know where is the mistake. If system is wrong why it is not being corrected.in my bill plan the sms are free but still i am being charged and when i make call at 121 they without going into detials say that it is because of roaming. I dont know if moving in delhi from one corner to another also comes under roaming.
I request you to kindly look into it and a solotion be provided.
