[Resolved] Airtel — Pack change without my request (ID[protected])

I was offered from Airtel over phone last week that few channels can be viewed without any additional charge over monthly rental. I told the caller that I do not want to change my pack but if it is free you can provide. It was also confirmed by him that no additional charge will be levied. BUT, I am surprised that the existing pack found changed (from Rs465 to Rs.525) just after receiving the said call. This is not only unethical but harassment to customer. I would like to request you to retain the pack of monthly rental Rs. 465 and advise the concerned to refrain from such practices in future.
