Validity under Rs. 79.00 plan was to expire on March 26, 2021.
I recharged my Main Account with Rs. 100 under the subject plan on March 24, 2021. Airtel put this amount under unknown plan plan and assigned a validity of 28 days.
I have written to every body including Mr. Mittal after talking to their customer care specialists and their supervisors since March 24, 2021 but they have not corrected the wrong entry as if it is their right.
I did recharge my Account on March 27, 2021 under Plan Rs. 79.00 which has 28 days of validity and Rs. 64.00 talk time.
Now, they have shamelessly credited my above mobile No. with two Validities and two Talk times.
Looks, the officers are indulging in this type of practices under the direction of their managers/Directors/MDs. Was this information helpful? |
