I have taken Airtel broadband connection (account number [protected]) in Oct 2016 after paying 3 months advance rental of Rs. 4304. After 1 month they generated bill, I raised complaint (ref no.[protected] and they promised to adjust the advance paid in the bill but kept on generating the bills for 2nd and 3rd month. I called customer care multiple times but they are completely useless and kept saying they cannot track my payment even after sending the advance bill paid receipt. I finally cancelled the connection after 3 months. Now their legal team is threatening me to pay or they send court notice.
Really pathetic service from airtel that customers have to go through this kind of treatment after paying ADVANCE rental. I hope they wake up at least now or else I will have no option but to complain the consumer forum.
