I have recharged my new airtel prepaid online with amount of 505 pack for gulf calling and 125 inr for recharge both are not credited to my account and called two times to customer care 121 from my postpaid mobile. The customer care people not knowledgable and put me on hold first call for more than 10 min and again called them they had put me more than 20 mins and i had hangup the phone. Please resolve the issue. Here are the details given
I have recharged my prepaid mobile number [protected] with the amount of 505/- inr 19/08/2016 8:40 pm (Trn number 917082) amount not credited and i have called the 121 customer care using my post paid number [protected]
They had put me hold more than 10 min and not given me the solution
Again i have recharged amount 125/- quick recharge (Trn no[protected] that one also not credited as balance amount.
I have called again 121 customer care he had put me on hold more than 20 mins and no response.
Please update me regarding this asap.
