This is about the pathetic network provided by the airtel service provider. They should know that not always throwing free data works, but they also need to look at the basic needs, that's calling facility. It has been almost 5 days from now that i am facing this issue. My network bar shows full, in fact the data connection shows 4g written, but still i was not getting any incomming calls. I tried to restart my handset, and did all basic troubleshooting steps, but still the issue never got sorted. I thought it must be my phone so i switched to other phone, but still same issue and the person calling me used to get my number switched off. This is really pathetic that inspite of paying bills on time with a highly charging plan, still what we get is such # service from such multi million company.
I did call up the customer care in order to raise a complain, but all in vain. Initially the cx care reps hangup on me stating you need to callback later. When called later, they took down a complaint. But like everytime, even this time it definately would not do anything good. The level of frustration that i am going through is seriously high because i have to work from home and need hotspot data to connect my laptop, so basically now my work is stopped due to such services and continues issues by airtel.
