Airtel — payment bank airtel transaction id[protected]

While adding money in airtel payment bank, my money was deducted from bank account union bank but not added in airtel payment bank.
While checking my account it shows that

Transaction for inr|565.0 to ibibo web pvt ltd has been completed successfully with reference id[protected].

Deatils are given below:
Transaction date - 04.08.2020 time 8.33pm
Amt - rs.565/-
Transaction id[protected]
Reference id[protected].

Kindly resolve my issue.
