I have opened a airtek payment bank wallet middle of january 2018. After that i have deposited rupees five hundred in this wallet. When i wanted to recharge airtel number from this wallet system shows error that this is a deit freeze account. After contacting customer care they ask me to send pan card and aadhar card scanned copy. I have send those documents very next day a case no has generate bearing no 1407703 dated 21 01 2018. But till now no sollution made by apb. When ever i call them they said it took 2 days to solve the problem. I called them 5 to 6 times but they always say it will take time. I just want to know how much time will it take to solve the problem. This is worst service and very bad behaviour of customer care exucutive, backend officials are worthless. My fault is that i have open a account in a worst bank of airtel. If they are unable to serve services then why they opened payment bank.
Kindly resolve my issue as early as possible.
