I am using Airtel mobile number[protected]. Now I changed this number to postpaid. Earlier it was prepaid. When it was prepaid, I recharged thru Airtel mobile application 2 times each Rs.250. But it did not get recharge. I compliant to Airtel customer care and also Airtel store at Ayyappanthangal, Chennai.
They said there is no track for the payament. So, I reached HDFC credit card and got proof. I sent that also. But, still they didnot take any action.
Also, now my outgoing call is going out after over due message by airtel.
It is irritating me.
I am trying to resolve this issue for the last 2 months. There is no proper response. I am frustrated. Please help on this issue and get back my Rs500/-.
Please as soon as possible.
