My mobile number is [protected] (Airtel mobile).
Complaint - as my remaining days combo plan (Rs.448 plan for 70 days validity) was 47 days on 03/01/2018, was trying to recharge the same plan to other number on same date, by mistake it was recharged to my number itself only because of the airtel money app. The 47 days validity was vanished and it continued to 70 days from 03/01/2018 (Recharge date). Immediately i called after the recharge has been done, for request of any refund or transferable process to other mobile number which i tried to do the recharge. As the airtel customer person said it is not possible for such refund or transfer. Kindly resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? |
