Have a post paid connection with 3g.
Several complaints have been made to airtel regarding poor network, lot of call drops, dont receive calls & only get sms texts about missed calls.
Most of the time internet is not working, waiting for network, either gprs or 2g only.
This bill mentioned has excessively billed claiming that i have used additional internet.
When i dont get the services signed up for in a satisfactory manner, where would one use additional internet?
Complaining to airtel has been only a waste of time and energy, they are not bothered to even call back and take our feedback, even after complaining to 121 Was this information helpful? |
