Respected sir/madam,
I am using airtel mobile services since a year and my mobile number is [protected]. I was opted a plan for rs.399/-
As per the plan they offered :
Unlimited call (Local and std)
10 gb internet usage (4g speed)
And other associated services.
The above are services provided by the airtel under rs.399/- post paid package.
I have been impressed and attracted towards the said plan because it suits me for my professional and personal usage.
But after opting the services from airtel the said services are not up to the mark. For an instance : call drops are major problem and very low signals in my area. No 4g signals at my location. Due to this i called and lodged complained couple of times to the service provider and complaint registration nos are: 81717276 dated:[protected] and 85435613 dated;[protected], they have registered my complaints and promised me to resolve the issue.
But the service provider never resolved my complaint till now. Because of the unresolved issue i am paying additional payment for wifi connection at my home. I requesting you to please look into the issue and do the needful.
