I am using an airtel post paid sim with a monthly plan of Rs.1999/-. Since 30.03.2017 morning, there has been no network at all on the sim. I have contacted the customer care service, but the only solution they had to offer was that i have to visit the nearest airtel store and get a new sim as it seems to be a sim issue . Despite making it clear to them that i was not in a position to go to the store, they offered no other solution. so i went to the store and got a new sim on 30.03.2017 evening. As of 5:45 pm on 31.03.2017, the new sim is also not working. On contacting the customer care representatives, they asked me to go the store again. I dont see why I as a customer should be the person who goes through all the trouble to get it working again, when there is no fault of my own in this entire episode. The customer care representative have also made ot clear that there is nothing they can do and that there is a possibility that it may take upto 4.04.2017 for things to get sorted out. I am working in a PSU and in a sales position and require my phone 24/7 for official purposes. I have already had to face issues for these two days that my sim hasnt been working for. To wait further is simply not acceptable. Is this what im paying more than 3000Rs every month? Was this information helpful? |
