I have Airtel prepaid number for 12 years.
Recently the balance is deducted without any intimation and when I trying to reach customer care they said your probelm will be resolved in 3 days, but I recieve no revert back from the customer care.
On 19 June I had balance of 785 and it became 0 on around 25-26 june.
On being asked from customer care they have no clue about it. Sometimes they say it is due to data usage ( i had free data left, so data usage is not possible), on being asked what was the data usage they do not have ans to it.
Again I got my phone recharged by RS 100 on around 27 June and it was intact till 3 July, suddenly it became 0 on 4 July, on being asked for same they again had no ans or they said it because if data usage ( again not possible because I recharged with 399 on 19july to which I am entitled to 1 GB data everyday and free calls) and on being asked the amount of data used, they had no ans.
I got my phone rechargrd by 399 on which I am entitled to make free calls for 84 days but whenever I making call, my balance is getting deducted and no amount is deducted for data usage, on being asked about the reason they say you are not getting benefits of the pack ( if am not receiving benefits of pack then why I am getting daily data but not getting calls free) and if I have recharged my number with free calls pack why I am getting charged for calls.
I have attached the screenshot showing my balance on 19 june, my recharge details.
I require a proper details and explanation as to why the balance is being deducted.
If the balance is inappropriately deducted I would like to get the balance back.
I hope you people can help and resolve the problem.
