After numerous complains to the customer care, I am still not able to make STD landline calls. Though, I have main balance, customer care executives pretend to not understand my problem and disconnects the call saying I should have main balance.

My customer id is [protected] i hav recharged for 365 rupees today by 1.00pm the amount has been debited from my account and set up box shows error code 6..please resolve the problem as soon as possible

I have never subscibe or acitivate any sevices then why should airtel network activated VAS and deducted my balance
