Hi There,
Myself, Bharat Kheterpal, purchased a prepaid Airtel plan 20 days ago from Faridabad.
Suddenly got the following messages and my service has been disconnected;
"Prepaid to postpaid conversion of your airtel mobile number [protected] has been initiated. Your address verification will happen within 72 hrs."
On my investigation, it was found that the local Faridabad Airtel has sold the same number to multiple customers. All my balance money has lost and I am helpless now.
I wish to bring your kind attention and I do hope you will take necessary steps to avoid recurrence of such things.
