I have subscribed to 6 months airtel broadband service. I was promised 3 months netflix account subscription at the time of purchase. The netflix account was visible after the purchase in airtelthanks but it is not visible now.
There was no expiry for claiming the benift.
After talking to customer care service i was informed the offer is discontinued after january. Since it was already promised and i purchased the upgraded plan due to that benefit only i wanted my netflix subscription or equivalent refund for the 3 months subscription.
Airtel is deceiving its customer if they are not fulfilling the promised offers. Was this information helpful? |
