Airtel — recharge amount not refunded

I had made a recharge of rs 349 through airtel mobile application using upi. The amount has been debited from my account and has been credited to airtel account. But the recharge package has not been added to my account. Please see details of my phone number and upi payment id below. Please see attached screenshot of transaction.

I have already contacted nodal officer, Airtel payments bank and other departments. The complaint number is [CASE:2232960]
