Airtel — recharge had not done

I had done recharge of rs 249 on 27 april 2020 through net banking.. Money had been debited from my account.. And i got message from the bank.. But till now i didn't get any message from airtel.. I had called airtel customer care but i got no response.. Till now i didn't get any message from airtel for recharging.. But my money had been debited from my account.. I had payed through airtel. Thnx app.. But the recharge seemed to be not done
