Hi sir / madam,
My airtel dth number is [protected], my plan name is south base plan, from the day 1 i am doing recharge for 380 to 450 per month, however within 18 or 20 days before my recharge amount get over, i frequently called your customer care and complained regarding that i need only 200 or 230 per month plan, but customer care agents told me that i activated hd channels & others, they deactivated all hd and even changed the plans as we'll & they promised me from next time i can do 230 recharge & use for a month, but still today i have the same issue, finally i came to a decision, i no need airtel, i never expected such a bad service from a most esteemed brand airtel, i don't want any refund or anything, just take your # brand and get out of my way please.
Go and catch some other customers & # their money.
Note: airtel you already lost in mobile internet, wait for another 6 months jio will again # you upside down in dth.
