service request number is CBNRD[protected] airtel appellate kerala, i have got a response from airtel appellate kerala stating that my data has been credited, it has been credited as 4g only, and that is my complaint, i have seen 3g/ 4g but not able to use data in 3g. my phone does not support 4g, so what is the use of data then

I had faced an issue with rupees 98 data stv in my airtel gsm number 889XXXX270.
As a result i contacted customer care appellate etc
Finally i got a response that i will the amount used for stv credited into my main account.
I have done 98 recharge 3 times .so i have to get 98×3= 294 rupees.u got only 200 rupees credited and in my last mail received from airtel appellate it was written to contact appellate for remaining 94 rupees.

One thing i would like to mention is that this was not a problem on my part. In the airtel recharge portal it was clearly mentioned while doing rs 98 recharge i will get 1 gb 3g/4g data . But i got data as 4g only .which unfortunately i was not able to use because my phone does not support 4g.
After that for the past 3 days i had repeatedly contacted airtel customer care and appellate with complaint. Each time someone new will be responding i will have to explain him every thing next time someone other will be calling me and i have to again explain every thing .
One guy from customer care told me that you currently have another 3g pack thats why you are not getting this .ok i accepted i exhausted/depleted my 3g pack which had 520 mb left for 1 month i had a balance of 35. In this process 520MB 3g and 35 talk time . Good
After that since data usage was necessary for me i recharged again for 253, after that i got a call from appellate that your 98 data has been converted into 3g . What should i say .i recharged for 253 pack and you were saying you converted my 98 pack into 3g. Very susprised to hear that
I would like to say this is not my problem your recharge portal is showing 1gb 3g/4g for 98 recharge . But users in kerala will get only 4g.
I think i know better than your customer care authorites . Airtel does not have 3g spectrum in kerala they are using idea 3g as intra circle roaming so in kerala users wont get 3g . But still your recharge portal is showing 1gb 3g /4g for 98 stv

3 days time i have lost + 520 mb 3g 1 mnth validity + 35 rupees. Still you are not refunding my 98 recharge amount. 98×3 = 294 rupees.(3 times i have done 98 recharge)
Actually i think you should provide me with 294 which i deserves in every aspect + 520 mb 3g and 35 rupees which i lost because of a wrong information by your customer care executive +any money you think which a esteemed customer deserves for his time spent ( 3 days for the error which is not in his part but the operators)
PLEASE DONT CALL ME AGAIN I AM REALLY TIRED WITH YOUR PATHETIC SERVICE . NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE. IF THE ERROR WAS ON MY PART I CAN UNDERSTAND BUT THE ERROR IS ON AIRTEL S PART AND YOU ARE STILL SAYING MANY REASONS TO PROVE YOU ARE RIGHT
